"Our comm-link was subject to interference, losing communication constantly, resulting in expensive hardware destruction. This group corrected our problem so the link was never lost for our equipment and it performed admirably.
On the other hand, they helped us by improving the interference we project with electrically steered phased array antennas such that the adversary lost their equipment. A good turn of events. Good job guys!"

"We couldn’t get our buoys to communicate with ships, even at typical littoral stand-off distance. They worked fine with aircraft but not the ships. Occam’s Razor demonstrated that the replacement of the buoy antenna with a Fractal antenna improved low angle radiation sufficiently so that ships could now command & control the buoys as well as read their signatures. This has been quite an improvement and aircraft are no longer required, as they gave our position away."

"We were having difficulty with our deployed payloads landing off-target, significantly off target. I did not understand their explanation “acquisition time was improved by a few bytes shift of the ephemeris pre-load sequence for L1M band and tracking of the pseudo-random number asymmetry was corrected”. I DO understand that payloads now land within one foot of target, 100% of the time; even when deployed at low altitude. Kudos to the Razor boys!"

" We hired Occams Razor as a second set of eyes when our Primary failed to establish a secure and steady data link to the C band satellites. They determined that the Primary was using terrestrial Raleigh fading equations instead of Rician satellite fading. The models were corrected and the downlink antenna gimbals were improved to better track the motions of the platform. Voila, 99.5% connection integrity achieved. I would use these guys again and again when it comes to experience."

" Image resolution of targets were compromised and Razors’ solution was re-timing and tuning the swept outbound waveform to compensate for atmospheric effects variability during the radar pulses. Image clarity, resolution and target identification improved. All it took was competent individuals to follow the prescribed service & maintenance manuals. I wish we had people like this!"

" With the advent of the most secure form of telemetry mode, they helped us understand that we were no longer dealing with pulse position modulation and communication. The nuances of the new pulses escaped us until they turned the data, math & algorithms into pictures for us to understand. They “dumbed it down” enough for management but kept the engineering intact. This resulted in the appropriate amount of funding to accomplish the task. I can’t say enough about this group. We will use them again at the next road-block."
